- core/startup: new option for startup script (reload) to reload from shell ;)
- core: new service execution plan logic implemented
- core: worker based time range plan logic implemented
- core/mysql: exec & notify plan changes
- php: exec & notify plan changes
- ui: exec & notify plan changes
- core/portier: passive services now supporting the execution plan of the service
- core/ui implemented a way to recursivly define a service per server wich indicates if the server is alife
- if this service is CRITICAL no checks for the server are made
- ui: stupid bug in reporting fixed
- core/extensions added a extensions 'extlogger', for logging states and stattimings in a mysql db (perpare for a automated reporting system)

- core: commandline flags -r (reuse existing shm), -d (run in foreground), -h (display help)
- core: can reuse existing SHM
- core: internal interval is now in milliseconds, service checks get padded on startup so if you have a lot of ONE interval they get padded randomly from +1-+500 ms
- wich should not touch the meaning of the check but it will or it should reduce the load :)
- core/passive: a patch against NSCA 2.7.1 for acting as a bartlby passive result acceptor is included in bartlby-core/nsca-2.7.1-for-bartlby.patch
- core/extensions: a extensions called "distributive" has been added wich enables you to specify a command wich will be run (with hostname,servicename,st
- ate,output), after a state has changed
- with that and a patched NSCA or the bartlby_portier we could do so called distributed monitoring ;)
- core: new config variable 'sched_micros_before_after_check' micro seconds to sleep before fork and after fork ;)
- all: SHM changes reduce of 5 KB per service ;)
