core:             now uses the "right" file from the UI, so now the bug when a user gets notified about a unvisible (in the ui) server/services is fixed
            and it should prevent some character database limitations on large systems with alot of services
   
core/lib/mysql:    worker functions dont load worker->services anymore
core/lib/mysql:    worker add/modify functions dont accept worker->services anymore

core:             the performance problem should NOW be gone 0sec delay on large setups now
            we now prefer to use and or switch back to the old agent and use the check type "ACTIVE" again
            ssl produced to much load on big systems
   
ui:             check type "active" is not deprecated any more, and the default selected again
ui:            rights/USERNAME.dat changed to rights/USER_ID.dat for potential security flaws
            to convert existing move your USERNAME.dat to your USER_ID or you ll start with a blank (from template.dat)
